About Me

 My name is Marissa and I am a mom, wife, crafter, scientist, and Etsy shop owner. I have three cute kids. My husband is a middle school teacher and coach and we live in Utah. I grew up in California and would love to move back, but Utah is where we are supposed to be at the moment and I have come to love it!

I love to sew, crochet, knit, paint, cook, bake, play games and sports, make resin jewelry, and anything fun and crafty. Being the wife of a teacher, I have learned how to be frugal and make things myself. As a scientist (I have a B.S. in Microbiology), I love to tinker around, experiment, and figure things out. Projects started for me as a creative outlet and as a way to have something of my own after my daughter was born. I enjoy sharing my ideas and hopefully helping others!
